Who runs this website?

This website is run by City Desires, operating from Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400053.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean City Desires. “You” means anybody using the website.

What is this website?

This website advertises escort and adult companionship services in Mumbai and shows profiles of adults available for companionship bookings.

Enquiries made through this website come to us directly, by our enquiry form or on WhatsApp. We then deal with your enquiry.

What this website is not:

• It is not a shop. Nothing is sold or paid for on this website.
• It is not a booking engine. No booking is confirmed by the website itself.
• It is not a dating or messaging service. There are no user accounts and you cannot message anybody through this website.

Are you old enough to use it?

You must be 18 or above. There are no exceptions.

By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, and that adult content is lawful in the place where you are sitting. If you are under 18, leave now.

Everybody shown on this website is 18 or above.

What does “Verified” mean on a profile?

It means we have been in direct contact with that person and have confirmed that they are above 18 and have agreed to appear on this website.

It is not a background check. It is not a health check. It does not mean we can promise anything about your experience.

Do we guarantee availability or any outcome?

What are you not allowed to do?

Some of this is ordinary website housekeeping. Some of it is absolute, and we will not discuss it.

Absolutely prohibited

• Any involvement of anybody under 18, in any form — enquiries, photographs, requests, or anything else.
• Coercion of any kind. Threats, force, blackmail, debt bondage, holding somebody’s documents, or withholding their earnings.
• Human trafficking, which is a serious criminal offence under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act 1956 and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
• Any contact with a person who has not freely agreed to it, or who has withdrawn their agreement.
• Photographing or recording anybody without their clear permission.

If we believe any of the above has happened, we will remove the listing, stop dealing with you, and report the matter to the police. We will co-operate fully with any investigation.

Also not allowed

• Using this website if you are under 18, or helping anybody under 18 to use it.
• Copying our photographs, text or listings, or publishing them elsewhere.
• Scraping the website, or using bots or automated tools on it.
• Sending abusive, threatening or harassing messages to us or to anybody listed.
• Pretending to be somebody else, or giving false contact details.
• Using this website to advertise anything, or to approach people listed for any other business.
• Attempting to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website.

Who owns the content on this site?

We own the text, photographs, layout and design of this website, or we have permission to use them.

You may read the website and share an ordinary link to it. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell or use anything from it for your own purposes without our written permission.

How do you get a profile removed?

You do not have to give a reason. You do not have to explain yourself. You do not need anybody’s permission to ask.

If you are asking on behalf of somebody else, or you believe a photograph has been put up without that person’s agreement, tell us and we will act on it as a priority.

What are we responsible for, and what are we not?

We take responsibility for running this website honestly, for keeping the information on it as accurate as we reasonably can, and for acting on reports we receive.

We are not responsible for:

• What happens in any private meeting between adults, which is their own business and their own choice.
• Money you hand over to anybody directly.
• Any website we link to, including WhatsApp, which is run by Meta under its own terms.
• The website being unavailable because of hosting faults, maintenance or matters outside our control.

Nothing in these terms removes any responsibility that the law does not allow us to remove.

What happens if you break these terms?

We may stop you from using this website, refuse your enquiries, and where the matter is serious, report you to the police.

For anything involving a minor, coercion or trafficking, we will report it. We will not warn you first.

Which law applies, and where would a dispute be heard?

These terms are governed by the law of India.

Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, and both you and we agree to that.

Can these terms change?

Yes. We may update these terms from time to time, and the “last updated” date at the top will change when we do.

If a change is significant, we will say so clearly on this page instead of editing it quietly. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
